Precioso Ático en pleno centro de Alicante

Everything was great!

The whole property was spacious, with excellent terrace and view, wonderful location, very comfortable beds. It is all you need if u want to sightsee the city. Everything you need is within a walking distance. It’s just a one minute walk to the Mercat, about 10-15min walk from beach. Very kind owner.

There were seven of us friends staying in this spacious apartment, which had everything we needed. Although we didn’t use the kitchen since we ate out, we appreciated the excellent location; everything in the city center was just a 5-15 minute walk away. The view from the balcony toward the castle was fantastic. The only improvement we’d suggest is adding a larger table with at least six chairs on the balcony (like the neighboring apartment has), but even without this, it was perfectly fine. Sebastian was an outstanding host, always available and quick to respond to any questions. Since he didn’t have guests the day before, he kindly let us check in much earlier, which we really appreciated. He also allowed us to stay a bit past the standard check-out time of 10:00 a.m. until the cleaning staff arrived. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it!

We were a group of six ladies and the apartment was comfortable enough for all of us. Alicante is a small town, so basically all is at walking distance but even so - the location of the apartment is really good. Some very nice restaurants and cafes close by, supermarkets, bakeries. We had a lovely terrace with amazing view to the Santa Barbara Castle, especially at night when the fortress is illuminated it is beautiful.
