“Amazing pation, amazing host”

The best

Juan Simon - the host - is very friendly and helpful, he always cared about us and our needs. The patio is equipped with a jacuzzi, overall the patio is the very best thing about the property. The apartment is well equipped and cozy.

To be improved

The neighborhood (around the building) is a bit dirty and smelly, but it’s safe and very convenient.

“If you want a bigger terrace...”

Welcoming and very helpful host. Provided lots of useful local information, answered all questions, and was responsive to any requests. I had been unwell and we were immediately offered a late check-out. Nice outdoor terrace.

To be improved

Some little changes could probably make everything closer to perfect. - uncomfortable bed with no headboard. It's a pull-up, hide-away bed. Neither of us slept well. - there were no bedside lamps/lights. When you wake in the night the light switch is far away. Likewise if you read before bed. - you have to keep stopping the running water while you shower otherwise you flood the floor. - not well sound proofed. You can hear the hosts in their own apartment downstairs regularly. - it's a bit long winded in terms of how you enter the apartment - the area could be nicer - though not too far from the old town, 20-25 mins walk

Very friendly and acommodating hosts! Amazing Terrace and nice, compact apartment with everything you need for a short stay. Easy to walk to old town and Turia-park.
