our host was very kind and had messaged me ahead of time to arrange time to meet to hand over the keys. He had a bottle of wine for us as well. The apartment was super clean, also safe location and we will surely come back every time if visiting Malaga/Torremolinos area.

Building is located almost in the central part of the city, good logistics, infrastructure, daily cleaning of the entrance,, 4 elevators. The apartment is located on the 17th floor, with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea. The apartment is clean, equipped with everything necessary for a stay. Ideal for 2 people. It takes 15 minutes to walk to the beach.

Fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need... very clean and modern.... as our flight arrived late into night the owner left us needed provisions to start us off...5-7 mins stroll to main center with bars and restaurants etc....I would defo recommend this apartment

It was wonderful stay. Apartments are new with excellent renovation. Equipped with all necessary household appliances, dishes and bathroom accessories. All beds and pillows are comfortable. Very beautiful view from the window and 17th floor terrace. There is a swimming pool. There are two large Mercadonnas nearby, central shopping street with many shops and restaurants. Not so far to get to the beach. The owner is very hospitable. He met us with wine and food for breakfast, since we had a night flight. Also he allowed us to check out later than standard time.
