“Beautiful spacious house near the beach”

The best

The house is absolutely beautiful -- a really special place to stay in Almuñecar. There was so much space and exceptional facilities. The house is only a 1-minute walk from the beach, down a beautiful quiet street. Alvero and Aye gave us everything we needed to have a fantastic holiday.

“Poor”

The best

- Proximity to the beach and the city center was great - House located in a quite area - Luckly some outdoor parking slots were available. If you have a too big car you cant enter and use the inner parking.

To be improved

Note we were a family of 6 all adults. 3 couples staying at the chalet. - I normally assume that in 2022 every apartment or house does have WIFI. So careful if you expect internet as this house doesn't have any WIFI/internet so we had to buy packages to be able to work. - Uncomfortable beds, very hard matrasses. - Cleaning was unsatisfactory => we had to rewash and clean all the kitchen utensils. Most of the cutlery, plates, glasses had leftovers. The smell in the house was moldy and it seems it hasn't been aired in a while. - You only get one big towel per person and one in each bath room for common use. Note also it states 3 bathrooms but one is a toilet only which is next to the kitchen. - Lots of mosquitos which doesn't appeal for relaxing sitting on the terrace. - Shabby decoration in living and bed rooms
