Precioso Estudio en Malasaña

The bed was uncomfortable and the building was undergoing massive long-term Internal building work. Ceilings were down in the hallway and the corridor floors were just rough concrete. Light switches in the corridors were hanging loose.

The room is renovated but the building is under construction. Many hours noizy and fool of dust outside and inside the flat.No internet also. We mentioned that to the owner but never fixed it and never someone comes to clean the room from the dust.

The building is being remodeled therefore there are some noise in the morning till 3

Unfortunately the building was under construction during our stay but the noise was not unbearable. Would’ve been nice if the construction began out of Season.

When we eventually were able to get into the building, we got a shock. The place is being renovated and it is under construction. We could not see when we got inside. We had to put Mobile torches on. We felt very unsafe. There were hanging wires and exposed building materials. This place should not be advertised for people to stay at all, let alone on their holidays. We had to leave went looking for somewhere else to stay. We contacted the owner more than once to get our money back, she refuses to do so. We are also disappointed in Booking.com for allowing such a place to be advertised on the website. booking.com were not able to get our money back either. We do feel that Booking.com should be responsible to give us our money back.
