“Great location · Cons: Not enough bed and bath linen. I understand washing machine wasn't listed, but there is a locked washing machine, and when asked if it could be used I just got no answer. Place is very tiny for 4 people. A/C in the bedroom was leaking so we could not use it, hair straightener wasn't working, and we didn't figure out how to make hot plate work - if it was working. The automatic checkout message asks to leave before checkout time so cleaners can come in.”

“Great location, kinda weird apartment… good overall.”

The location was amazing, supermarket just across the road, equal distance to the royal palace in one direction and the botanic gardens in the other. Main bathroom was good, and the apartment was nice and quiet.

To be improved

The kitchen is tiny, and doesn’t have power outlets - so the kettle needed to be plugged in I’m the other side of the living room… on the floor. The second bathroom (great that it had two, but isn’t particularly useful) has a washing machine, but yep, just like the other reviews said - it has a lock on the plug so that it can’t be used. The place was nice and clean, but there was WAY too much air freshener - had to open the windows to clear out the smell.

“great location, helpful owner to support anything needed”

The best

It was really easy to get the keys from locked box at the door, instructions have been sent a day before our stay with all details. Locations was really great, we were so close to center and also all public transportations, also there was Locker for the suitcases on the same street so after check out we didn't have any issue to find somewhere for our suitcases. (It was so nice that suggested by the house owner.) Also apartment was very clean especially showers and toilets.

To be improved

There could have been extra towels(for hair/face) for 3people stay. Mattress of the double bed could have been more comfortable.
