Absolutely disgustingly filthy, floors not cleaned, had a shower and the smell from the bathroom made me vomit, I left a day earlier than planned

The balcony is internal. The bathroom is as seen in the photo...tight.

To be improved

air conditioning needs service, propeller not working in bedroom. Remember that the balcony is inside the building.
