The apartment is too dirty. The hostage personal clothes were kept on the cabinet. The remaining food of the hostage was kept in the refrigerator. The location is far away from Madrid, and the road is not paved. The phone signal is not available. There is no service nearby. The parking is not covered. Bad host behavior.
