Location, the owner was responsive.

To be improved

The late fees that we had to pay even if in booking.com we had an option to select the time of arrival, it doesn't matter. There's no hot water when we arrived, the owner was responsive but it took two days to fix so we had to endure the freezing coldness of the water. There's two toilets but the other one don't flush, but they were able to fix it the next day from the day we checked in which is fine.

Location was good for where we wanted to go.Very noisy at night, Fire station just down the street

To be improved

The apartment was not what I was expecting.It was described as a beautiful apartment I did not find it beautiful the decor could do with an upgrade and the place needs to be painted. The cushions on the seating area and on the futon were dirty and could do with a wash.There is no way this apartment can sleep five people one bedroom has a double bed and the other has a single bed, the futon in the living area I assume is meant to sleep two but it would not be very comfortable and was dirty.Any other apartment I have stayed in there was always a welcome pack.

The best

It was spacious with well appointed bathrooms and living arrangements. It was secure with excellent access to the city and Metro. There were plenty of food markets, restaurants and shops to choose from.

To be improved

It was beside a fire station with frequent sirens sounding day and night. The mattresses and futon need to be replaced.

“Highly recommended appartment”

The best

Very spacious. Great nights sleep. Very helpful owner who made locating and check in very easy. Stayed in area as attending event in Wizzink arena. Which was 10 minutes walk away
