Mold in the bathroom. Ants in the kitchen. I regret to inform potential renters about our negative experience with this apartment. During our stay, we discovered significant mold growth in the bathroom, which posed serious health risks. Despite our efforts to address the issue, the landlord does not see the issue, exposing us to potential respiratory issues and other health concerns. Additionally, we had an ongoing issue with ants walking through the kitchen, making it difficult to maintain a clean and hygienic living space. It is not possible to leave any food outside of fridge, otherwise the ants will get there. It is crucial for anyone considering this place to be aware of these unsanitary conditions before making a decision. I strongly advise caution when considering this apartment for rental.
