Premium apartment with terrace in the city center

The location is great and the apartment is good value for money. It was clean. One thing to be aware is that you will have to pay a deposit outside the booking.com app for which the landlady will send you a paylink. In my case, she asked for 100 euro deposit which was returned on my chekcout day and was made available to me on the same day. I would suggest to find a way for Booking.com to handle deposits because it might seem a little shady. Another aspect is that that there's a weird smell in the bathroom, I guess it is from the water pipe. Finally, the door to the apartment has to be pushed harder to open, so maybe a little fix could help. Also, know that the bedroom is not accessible for people with dissabilities, as you have to climb steep stairs. The landlady was very helpful and reactive, chekcin was smooth. Be aware that you ahve to provide your exact arrival time to arrange check in. Overall, great location and nice apartment for the price I paid.

The position of the apartment was perfect for everything you need. By walking you can go everywhere and it's a quiet area. Apartment has everything you need: big fridge, AC, 2 bathroom, TV, stable Internet...nothing brand new, but you can really feel like home. I cannot complain about anything...keep on giving this chance to live a holiday as a local 😀

The location is excellent !

The location is brilliant. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent. The wifi speed was great. Nice smart TV with Netflix and Prime. Great that there were two toilets - one on each floor. Plenty of storage space for clothes. Shower worked very well. Kitchen facilities were good with all you need. Great that there is a large Aldi supermarket you can walk to within 2 minutes from the apartment. Great ventilation unit that worked well.
