We had a terrible experience. We attempted to contact the owners/property managers via the Booking .com platform as well as WhatsApp to inform them that the air conditioning was not working (in 90 degree weather) nor were the lights working. After wasting hours trying to figure it out. We learned it was a bad fuse inside the fuse box. No responses. We were lied to and told a maintenance worker would stop by within an hour and it was a lie. Nobody showed and we wasted valuable time waiting. Horrrible horrrible experience!!!! I deserve to be compensated for the huge time and monetary loss we all suffered.

Nice apartmend with enough space.

To be improved

AC was not working and did not get any response from the property during our stay. Dish washer was filled with dirty dishes from a previous client. Communication prior to our stay was only in Spanish, no English.

The best

There were 7 of us in this appartment, four 20yr olds and 3 50yrs+. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. The use of an app for getting into the building is a good idea but I found it all tricky at first. Location is excellent for walking to everything and handy to go to the metro too.

To be improved

Clear instructions needed for what to do with the bins and air conditioning. We were a bit confused.
