Location is good, but parking too empty trunk is terrible, no elevator for suitcases, upper floor.

To be improved

1. not clean: we had COCKROACHES in the apartment!! 2. Aircondition did not work, too hot, opened the windows, mosquito bites… 3. WORST OF ALL: It’s a rip off, I needed to spend EUR 300 DEPOSIT outside of booking from my personal bank account ( after already paid) otherwise they wouldn’t have given us the access code to enter the apartment. But the worst thing: I needed to fight and call/ whatsapp/ email several times to receive my deposit back. They try to keep it and hope the travelers forget to claim it back, then they make the claiming so complicated that you spend another few hours just to get your deposit back.

The building is new. Walking distance from the city center.

There were cockroaches in the apartment and it smelled bad. The apartment has no opening window or terrace. There are two bedrooms, and the toilet and bathroom are only to one room. I will not comment on the €300 deposit and any other fees. There are quite a few comments about this. We were only for one night and I think it is unacceptable to have such conditions.

Ridiculous rules and conditions of the property development read before you book it has cost me fortune to rebook my flight tickets to be there on time for the check in time even everything is electronic and nobody needs to pop in with the keys to open apartment for you. It means it should be 24/7 with no extra charge. Anyway. It is just their way how they would like charging everything extra to you in an unnecessary way. Zero communication from them trying to receive an answer through booking many times. Waiting for instructions how to get to the apartment during my check in time calling them twice and after approximately 45 minutes they gave the wrong code to us. Called them again finally we were in yeaaaaaaaaaah. The cooking hob didn't work at all. Tiles in the bathroom broken, wires pulled off the wall. Zero effort to fix something for us during our stay. Waiting for return our deposit right 16 days sharp and even they said they try to send it quickly back. Never mind. We enjoyed Malaga and Gibraltar as well it was lovely we have spent our time out the apartment during whole day everyday anyway. For your question if we enjoyed that apartment not at all and unfortunately I can't recommend that stay to anyone and I can't say I am very demanding person either. Apartment is ok quite small probably good for 2-3 people but not for 4. CONDITIONS AND RULES OF THE ACCOMMODATION The payment of the damage deposit of 300€ is compulsory before entering the accommodation. The deposit will be applied per booking and accommodation. The deposit will be paid by credit/debit card and will always be refunded by the same method of payment. The refund period will be from 1 to 14 working days after the check out and revision of the accommodation once the guest has validated their departure and everything has gone correctly.

Apartment was nice and clean . Furniture and appliances are new and almost everything in the apartment worked as expected.

The way this company do things and communicate doesn't inspire confidence. From beginning to the end we were asking ourselves if we are being scammed. When we booked the apartment we were asked to pay outside booking.com , just using some link provided in a message. When this was payed they send us another link to pay 300 euro damage deposit which seems unusually high for 4 night stay. Address was wague and GPS brought us to the middle of very poor and dangerous looking street where people seemed to be very surprised to see a group of tourists. When we contacted the company it was UK number and they asked for photos of our passports before giving us the exact address and instructions how to get in.On booking.com there was a balcony advertised but apartment has no balcony. The lock on the door is electronic and there is no way to physically lock the door from inside.Anyone who knows the password can get in to the apartment at any time. The shower leaks and some tiles are about to fall off . There is a bottle of cheap wine on the table with a message saying something like "enjoy this wine for free if you will give us good reviews or pay 40 euro for it" . Even when we were back from holiday this weird experience was not over. We supposed to get our deposit back within 2 weeks , but it took 2 months and a lot of messaging to get it back.
