Modern apartment with good amenities, clean, easy access on the ground floor. There's a large terrace with barbecue.

To be improved

Public parking outside the apartment is always full, difficult to find a spot to park. There is an underground parking available but it's €25 a day!

To be improved

Robbery. There's nothing deluxe about this property. Dirty, old and unmaintained. A couple of things were broken when we arrived. All the walls were dirty. The BBQ is only for pictures. Most importantly, BE AWARE OF THE 300 EURO DEPOSIT, which they did NOT pay back. I've had to call the Booking customer support 2 times and exchange a few emails. 17 days after check out and I still don't have the money in my bank account. The flowers you see in the pictures are fake.

The best

The property has 2 bedrooms, kitchen and the living room. It was nothing special but clean and in a good location, the check-in and out process was smooth. The host was responsive and helped with the early check in (each 2 hours cost €20 extra).

To be improved

- I received multiple messages specifying what I will pay for any damages I might do and was requested a €300 deposit (that I know got back). While I understand the host is worried about their apartment, it made me feel quite unwelcome to get these much communication about it while no other properties do it or request a deposit - I had to send a message confirming I checked out before 11 (about which I also got a few reminders) but at 10:45 someone rang a door bell (I assume the cleaning service). They did not speak any English but my understanding was that it was time to leave. Again, made me feel unwelcome
