Amazing location, perfect position, super new flat, furnished with everything you can imagine, clean and comfortable, big spaces, sea view balcony, brand new domestic appliances, elegant building, silent. Great neighbourhood with everything you need.

To be improved

Difficult parking (we knew it before) but there is a 24/7 covered parking lot just 5 mins away (a bit expensive). You can find free parking places at 15 mins walking. Couple of times There was bad smell in the bathroom coming out from the canalisation, probably.

Great apartment, equipped with all the amenities one might need, located at less than 5 minutes from the beautiful Las Canteras beach, and very close to the St Catalina Park and bus station.
