View of a wall, no privacy, people walking past look straight in had to keep shutter down so only light was the cold light bulbs. Sink in shower room blocked and leaking (which I reported and they ignored) washing machine leaked. Poorly equipped kitchen and only a tiny 2 ring hob. Had to buy new batteries for the remote controls for TV and air con glitchy. The code failed on one of the days so had to call and they gave us access to actual keys. We couldn't pay the security deposit in the normal way as it was last minute booking and had awful trouble paying it they were very unclear and stressful. It wasn't until the last minute that they explained we could use cash and pay via a cash machine into their account which is not something you can do in England. We had to wait on the street not knowing the full address or code.

It is located at ground level, so I had to shut the curtain. Otherwise, it looks like a window of a shop.

they don’t want to return my security deposit
