“Good apartment with fantastic view to sea and the town!”

The best

- We liked location, view (14th floor looking directly at the beach/sea). Some furniture, doors into rooms could off been refreshed, but overall - very nice place. Kitchen and bathroom seems to be re innovated not too far ago. All worked just fine. Plenty of plates, cups, and other kitchen's tools. - Dish washer, washing machine in the kitchen. - Private parking right next to the building (no extra fee). Overall, the whole family liked the place, where we stayed for 2 weeks! We definitely recommend it for families especially if planning autumn trip (see below why). The only reason I didn't give 10 for all positions, because we have 6 years experience of staying in Platje Di'Aro in different hotels/apartments and we know that some other apartments were better equipped, prepared with better service. Otherwise - very good place!

To be improved

- After reservation had been placed we were notified that sheets, towels etc come for the extra cost. Since we travelled by car we could bring our own, but it may be a surprise for others. This info should be clearly available before booking in the description; - Dish washer machine doesn't wash properly: some areas are poorly covered and cups/plates come out not clean; - When we moved in, there was not a single sponge, cleaning chemicals, tablets for washing machine. It would be nice to have at least something for the first 1-2 days. Since we stayed 2 weeks, of course, we bought our own. - Wifi Internet for 7Eur/day - I think it's a rip off these days, as any mobile phones shop on the main street can offer 20-30Gb plans for 10-15Eur; I bough one and used for my work joining calls/meetings audio/video etc. Mobile network is good in this part of Spain. - It seems, there is no A/C. We didn't need it (October 2024), but those who stay during July-Aug may think twice before renting this place. There were only fans in each room.
