“Nice place but ask for the room facing the courtyard”
The best

Nice litte hotel but rooms are only reachable via a very narrow stairway and this is not pleasant with luggage. The room we got was spacious, clean and (thankfully) faced the courtyard. AC in the bedroom worked, Wifi was not so good in the room but downstairs in the breakfast room. When we arrived there was a mixup with our room number, as compensation we were invited for breakfast, which was very good with fresh produce (cold meats, cheese, fruits....) Location of the hotel is good, right opposite of the public parking area (parking in Mallorca in general is a problem) and in short walking distance to the center / promenade.

To be improved

As mentioned, thankfully our room faced the courtyard, because there is a tourist tram right in front of the hotel running up and down the road the entire day - very noisy.

Excellent situation. Fabulous breakfast. Quirky room. Great aircon. Clean sheets and towels. Cleaned each day. We were left sun hats on the bed as it was so hot!
