Very friendly host. Large double sized unit. Good view and location.

To be improved

The building has an elevator but requires stairs - not stroller or wheelchair accessible. Lots of restaurants near by, but mostly caters to tourists.

“Great experience in green garden”

The best

Fantastic view from the large balcony, quiet neighbourhood, great localization in beautiful garden, not very far from the center and see, 15 minuts walk. 10 minuts from Mercadona. Apartament is very big, actully it is made from 2 apartaments, so it is great choice for 2 couples or small families, they leave together, but bedrooms and bathrooms areas are separated with large living room between them. Very big dining table and a lot of place to seat in living room. Beds for me the best ever. Many wardrobes.

To be improved

For me it was okay, but I think some people may not like that apartament is not renovated and modern. Some things need to be renewed or change for new ones, like shower faucets and taps. Kitchen cabinets smell not very nice, because they are old.

“Perfect location, comfortable apartment and helpful host.”

The best

The apartment was very spacious and very well equipped. The location was perfect for us, a peaceful setting in the lovely, lush and green Botanico area of the town. The large balcony had fantastic views across to El Teide and our hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was our first time on Tenerife and we will definitely try to stay here again when we next visit.

The best

Great location in Puerto de la Cruz! The house is perfect, impressive views of Teide, very well equipped and maintained. There are two very comfortable bathrooms with space to store everything. The kitchen super well equipped. The living/dining room are very nice and the terrace is just perfect. The pool is fine and easy accessible. The house is located in a very nice neighborhood, close to restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and walking distance to the beach. Angelica always attentive and available for anything, she responded very quickly. We will definitely return!
