Great location, especially if you have no car. Next to the Beach, Promenade, Restaurants & Bars, Tourist shops, Supermarket across the road. Apartment was clean & tidy, adequately equipped, southfacing balcony with views, table & chairs to eat your meals, inside or out. Gained an insight (on the opposite rooftop) of raising a Gull fledgling and watched its first flight! Comfortable bed, plenty of storage for your holiday clothes. Lovely pool and plenty of space to lounge by it, in the shade or full sun. Two lifts. Front and rear secure exits, clear instructions for checking-in.

To be improved

Nothing really. It doesn’t have AC but two large mobile fans are provided, and we were out most of the time. The access to the private, free parking is steep. Not so much a problem if your car has good clearance, unfortunately our Clio rental did not, but there was never a problem parking nearby, and it’s free - until 2nd July. Pool was never busy but no loungers, however chairs are freely provided - just get/bring cheap LILO.

“an excellent apartment for a very reasonable price”

The best

The apartment was comfortably-sized for 2 people and in good condition. Since it is on the 10th floor, the view of the sunset, water, beach, and Penyal d'Ifach were quite good. The photos in the property description are accurate.
