Primera Línea de playa en la Malagueta

The place was dirty, we had to vacuum clean the whole place on arrival. Sinks and shower was blocked. Second toilet was out of order. Shelves in the shower were removed and missing. No hooks anywhere for towels. Window was cracked and roller blinds broken. Pillows were dirty and no spare pillow cases for cleaner pillows stored in the cupboard. The washed towels and bedsheets were placed inside the cupboard on clothes hangers soaking wet. Candle wax drippings on the floor by bathroom. Mugs and crockery were chipped, cutlery and pans very greasy. Light bulbs broken in the bathroom. Great location, but the furniture and state of the place was run down, dirty and way too overpriced.

We arrived to an apartment which had wall surfaces crumbling due to humidity, which is a health hazard no guests should be exposed to. One of the toilets were broken. The list of inconveniences goes on. Communication with the owner was a joke, we didn't get the address nor key pickup instructions until landing in Malaga, despite having asked 4 times. The owner, despite the terrible experience we had to endure, refused to consider a refund or partial refund (no further answer to messages).

The advertised second toilet was broken and there were a few other maintenance issues.
