Very enjoyable hotel. Excellent location. Very friendly. Well maintained but a bit expensive. Enjoyed the piano bar in the evening. Some excellent singers in a sophisticated setting. Helped wind down at the end of the day.

“A great family holiday”

The best

We spent a week at Princesa Yaiza with our two young children (aged 1 and 4). The staff were consistently warm and welcoming, and the service throughout the resort was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was a standout, a varied selection each morning. The room was comfortable but somewhat dated, with minor maintenance issues and ineffective air conditioning. The resort itself is beautifully located, and the facilities are impressive — plenty to keep the family entertained. Our one gripe on the amenities side was that evening dining options for young children were limited before 6:30pm, which made mealtimes a little tricky with a toddler and baby. What we valued most was the ambience and the staff, who were genuinely attentive and friendly. An excellent resort we would readily recommend to families visiting Lanzarote.

Always wanted to stay here and it did not disappoint. Stunning luxury hotel that is well situated and caters for all needs. All staff are welcoming from minute you arrive will definitely stay again.

“Soccer school is a must!”

We stayed at this hotel for the Soccer School which both boys absolutely loved. Scott and Gary are so knowledgable and strike the balance of learning and having fun really well. We hope to come back next year if the camp is running again.

“Wonderful holiday”

We have been holidaying at the Princess Yaiza for many years. Most years we visit three or four times. Every time we are warmly welcomed back. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. The hotel is conveniently located right by the beach and promenade with a short walk to a wide variety of restaurants and shops in either direction of the port or marina The suites are well equipped with a large bedroom and bathroom. The lounge area has a table, chairs, sofas and doors out on to a balcony. A small kitchenette has tea and coffee making facilities plus a microwave and fridge The hotel is kept spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection including full English and continental choices. Fresh coffee/tea is served at the tables. There is a wide variety of entertainment throughout the day to suit all age groups, starting at breakfast with members of staff dressed as cartoon/film characters. We especially enjoy each evenings entertainment. Colleen, our favourite, who sings well-known songs and Connor James a guitarist/ singer as well as violinist and jazz singers. Overall, we would thoroughly recommend a stay at this hotel for a relaxing holiday.
