The best

Property itself was lovely and stunning with great views. Food and snack bar very well organised and lots to choose from. Had no issue getting a sun lounger by the pool everyday. Kids pool was perfect, Cleaners are very good at their jobs.

To be improved

Lack of entertainment and music. 1 event at 8pm/9 at the stage, Not much entertainment for the kids. But wouldn’t say it’s terrible just could improve in the areas. Waitress at the pool hut was always miserable never had a smile and always had an attitude.

Been coming here for many years reception and staff are all really helpful. The refurbishment is ok

To be improved

We need the piano bar back and the layout of bar area means that sometimes Queues and shuts for guests at 11 pm unless your in a suite and no entertainment after 10.30 pm

the staff where amazing and helpful the pool and views where awesome

To be improved

the food. this just me been a head chef. breakfast it would be lukewarm and meh lunch and dinner it same issue but it's just due to the hot plate
