“Fantastic apartment with views to die for.”

The apartment was in a fantastic position with exceptional views. It was clean and all the facilities that you needed. Great kitchen, bathrooms, pool area, etc .We were a group of 8 friends on holiday.There was plenty of room for us all, and never felt on top of each other. Two great lounge areas and a huge balcony area. The kitchen was big with everything you needed including dishwasher and washing machine. There were four bedrooms two of the en suite plus a family bathroom. We would highly recommend for large family or group of friends. Thank you for a great time had by all of us.

Some of the beds were a little hard.

“Fabulous”

The best

Excellent location, very big apartment. Great seating areas and balcony. The view was amazing, you can see both sides of Levante beach. The pool area is good. We had it to ourselves. There was only one other apartment on our section so no noise from neighbors

To be improved

The key collection system needs looking at. To collect the key is a good 20 minute walk from the apartment. There is no luggage storage at the key collection point so you have to lug your suitcases to a local restaurant and sit there waiting. Then on leaving you have to take the keys back there or leave one set of keys back the day before. The main doors in to the apartment block need a key to get out so if you were on your own you would be stuck. We had to have someone hold the exit door open and then go back up to leave the key in the apartment. Otherwise you would not be able to exit the building. Also the windows are very poor so that you get a lot of noise from the street. If they were better it would cut down on the noise. As the apartment is right above a bar it is very noisy and you can hear the lorry taking the empty bottles away at 4am. There is only air con in the main bedroom and living room. The beds are small doubles. If you were 2 large people it would be a tight squeeze

“Wonderful stay at Principado Arena 9c”

Excellent location in middle of main strip overlooking beach, on the 9th floor, above Daytona rock Bar and Jolly Roger bar, mini supermarket and a fish and chip shop!!. Which were 😋. Perfect location for all amenities shops, bars, beachfront and restaurants. Amazing sunsets and views of everything around. Stayed in a group of 8 ladies, plenty space in apartment, lots room for each of us.ensuites clean and tidy. Secure building front and back with 2 sets of keys for access from main front beach entrance, and no worry of any intruders .felt very safe. Secure at the back for sunbathing by the pool although not many sunbeds, were awful hard plastic, and uncomfortable, pool was freezing but didnt stop us or put us off sunbathing in a quiet secluded area, probably due to time of year we visited, ( April 2025).maybe next year.? Tiled flooring throughout, not noisey at all and perfect in many ways. Value for money for large group or family. Excellent hairdryer provided, lots of sockets for everyone's electronics and plenty complimentary items such as tea coffee ,use of hairdryer, washing machine etc. You will NOT be disappointed if you stay here.!

Only few negatives as mostly all positive. Apartment little dated and few wear and tear items but didnt affect our stay. Could do with more towels if staying for a week although we had washing machine and could use that. Other than that nothing to complain about. Paperwork given on pick up of keys at the office which isn't far away and easy to find.we were given WiFi details and emergency numbers if needed and only a phonecall away. There is a few principado appts on the front so make sure you find the Jolly Roger/ Daytona rock Bar and you will find the secure locked gate entrance( see photo).

Great location very clean apartment with everything you needed

To be improved

The beds were very uncomfortable. Two of the shower heads did not fit on the wall so we’re hand held. This would have been an easy fix. Curtains hanging off rail on terrace no hooks. The sofa bed did not open. We informed booking.com of this twice and sent a video but no help was received. Ending up moving one of the single beds into the sofa bed room.

If I had to find something would be the shower in the main bathroom. The fitting needs replacing as have to hold shower head as does not fit in the attachment on.the wall. The matresses on.the smaller single beds were a bit uncomfortable.
