cockroach in the living room on arrival, hot water runs out after 5 minutes so can’t properly shower unless cold. Aircon switched off with no way to turn on.told can have a late check out between 3-4 then cleaners let them self in at 10:15 and tell you you must get out. so had to quickly pack and tidy up. property owners don’t respond or if they do with a vague response that takes around 2 days to get a response. which is in acceptable if your on a 4 night holiday.
