The best

Very good location, very short walk to the beach and the main town. Had to collect / drop off the keys from main office which was a 15 min walk to apartment. Apartment was very clean and tidy on arrival, looked just like the photos. No issues during our stay.

The best

Beautiful lived in feel apartment, all the amenities you would need, clean and quiet in a central location. The view from the very large terrace balcony is almost perfect. Entrance to the building and lift to the floor is just as well maintained and feels safe. The shared pool and surround were up to the Benidorm built up standard.

To be improved

Being an older building it suffered from the Spanish plumbing smell in the bathroom. Not an issue for myself but my wife is more delicate to this and said unfortunately next time this would make her spend more for a newer building.

Location, size, views for the balcony and facilities.

Having to go to another building to collect and drop off the keys to the apartment. Unfortunately we were not able to easily locate it on arrival and it took some time. Once there the staff were friendly and helpful. We were required to empty the bins and throw out the bags before leaving which is strange as we have never experienced this before. There was nowhere to put the rubbish in the apartment block. Therefore we had to find a public bin on the main road somewhere which was an inconvenience. The main bed had a worn mattress as you could clearly see a massive dip/crator in the middle of it. This was a big disappointing to see on arrival.
