We waited for the check-in for more than 40 minutes, and the problem was that we discussed the time before we came, and they agreed on that but on the check in day they said we have another property check in so you should wait. The room is okay but the bed is quite small for 2 people. You share 1 bathroom with 4 other rooms, which is not very nice. The room is located on 4 floor. When we checked in, the host explained everything in Spanish, and we understood almost everything with signs, which was very hard for us. We used the fridge and found out that there is a row for every room when they left our food to the trash - even the food which was unopened and unused, which is a very bad experience. On our row there were other things so that's why we left our food on different ones and when we came back our food was missing so we stayed hungry for hours. After I contacted the property, they decided to give us a partial refund of 10 euro, which was 25% of our spend amount for food - 40 euro. So I recommend for others to be careful when they use the fridge and watch out for rows + if other left something on their row because when we came there were something on our row and when we check out it was still there but our new food have been trashed. The neighbors are very loud and they have a party almost every day so we can't sleep until 1-2 am.

We put our drink in the fridge (that is shared with everyone) and tomorrow it wasn't there; It's not property's fault but they need to have more security about this staff..
