Great hotel and lovely staff Very central, from our room we had a clear view of the palace. (Photo) It was a one night stay, we were able to leave our luggage early on the morning of arrival and collect it late on the day we left. Breakfast was a buffet with a wide selection,

“Amazing Value and Location”
The best

This hotel is in the perfect location - literally across the road from the Palace gardens and within easy walking distance of all the sites. Staff were professional and helpful. Breakfast was great - fresh and lots of variety. We didn't have a palace view but our room (725) was huge! and comfortable. Room service were excellent - the room was cleaned perfectly each day. Surprised it is a 3 star - if you go on hotel star ratings this should much higher - It was amazing value for the price.

All the staff is ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆, location ☆☆☆☆☆, incredible value for our money After common trash in Italy We Just didn't expected so nice overall here Our room was a bit tiny , but so lovely decorated and clean. Bed was superb. Location just opposite to Royal Palace , 50 m to flamenco show, 7 min to Temple Debod. Staff just fantastic Really appreciate !

“Excellent hotel to explore Madrid”
The best

Principe Pio is very well located to explore main attraction in Madrid by walk. The access from airport is very easy and fast by subway. The rooms a big enough and clean. Breakfast is great. Special thanks to the staff which is highly proffesional , kind and always supportive and paying attention to the guests.

“Madrid centre city break.”
The best

Good city centre location. Staff always on hand to help. Professional and friendly. Only problem is that the front doors were very noisy especially during the night when they banged on opening and closing leading to disturbed sleep if you were on the first floor. Located on a main thoroughfare and subject to traffic noise. Overall a good value city centre location and stay.
