“Stay was ok as property has lots of activities for families, but our check-in was terrible experienc”
To be improved

Terrible experience at check-in, hotel staff forced us to purchase another room upon arrival even though we had a 2 bedroom suite already booked for our family. Had made multiple attempts at reaching front desk staff before our arrival for these type of questions but no one answered the phone. Basically because we had 3 children (one of them being a 6 year old), they said there is no way even in a large 2 bedroom suite that we had booked that we would fit and that it's hotel policy. Had we known earlier that we need to get 2 two-bedroom suites, I would've booked another hotel or an Airbnb instead.

“Great location and friendly staff, but the food was disappointing and housekeeping could be improved.”
The best

I absolutely loved the location—right across from the beach! The hotel has several swimming pools and never felt crowded, which made it extra relaxing. The staff were incredibly professional and welcoming, especially Carolina, who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

To be improved

I was disappointed with the food—it was quite varied, but unfortunately not tasty at all. Also, the housekeeping service was underwhelming; they did only the bare minimum, which didn’t meet expectations.

The best

Nice pool, good rooms and friendly staff. Food was good quality too. Short walk to beach.

To be improved

On sunny days every sunbed is occupied by 2-5x the amount of towels vs people in the pool. Hotel allows people to claim sunbeds in mornings (although not as bad as elsewhere).
