“Great hotel, lovely location, but service could be better.”

The best

The hotel is a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Everything feels calm and relaxing — the common areas are spotless, and the rooms, while simple, are clean and kind of cute. They’re not luxurious, but they have everything you need. The reception staff are super friendly and helpful, and from the moment you arrive, you feel really welcomed. Plus, the location is great — it’s well connected and there’s easy access to a beautiful little cove nearby, perfect for a swim or just to unwind.

What didn’t quite match the rest of the experience was the service around the pool and at the restaurants. The staff seem like nice people, but honestly they looked bored or tired most of the time, like they didn’t really want to be there. There’s not much attention to detail, and even their appearance felt a bit unpolished. It’s a shame, because those little things can really change how you experience a place. If the service matched the level of the hotel, it would have been close to perfect.

The best

Staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool area and grounds were in perfect condition. The rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet, lunch and BBQ at night was lovely.

I chose this hotel Since it had good reviews and was adult only so I thought it would be nice and quiet. It was far from quiet and relaxing as there were a large group there at the time. The check in time was 2pm, however my toom Was not ready until 3:30pm. One of the reception staff were very frosty while one was polite and friendly. There was not a single bottle of water in the room and the closest shop is a 15 minute walk away. For a hotel like this I would have expected at least a bottle of water in the fridge.
