Great location. A small place but it has everything you need. Quite steep steps up to the rooftop terrace but it's so lovely to have the terrace!

What a great place in a wonderful location. On the steps up to the castle, and just a few blocks down into the hip part of Alicante.

To be improved

The only issue is that the bathroom is on the ground floor and the bedroom is on the first floor

The best

It was nice, quaint and fully equipped, a typical Spanish property located in the Old Town. Roof terrace provided excellent views.

To be improved

We were unaware of the access to the property which consisted of a steep incline/ many stairs for which no car access could be used.

The best

Everything was really good loved the roof terrace and the views over the old town and castle very quiet at night and loved the shutters making everything so dark which was good for sleeping Great fans as I think we would of died without them!

To be improved

A fair few cockroaches but then that’s normal for Spain so we were not that alarmed , bathroom was on the small side but we managed perfectly - tap was very awkward in the middle of the sink basin - maybe a side tap would of been a better idea so that water did not go everywhere. We were sorry to hear the house had been burgled after we left - hope the door locking system is beefed up to prevent this again in the future! There was an alarm but we were told not to activate it when we left.
