“Great place for friends (or family) gatherings”

The Villa was very good. It is a great accommodation for a large group of people. Plenty of space to gather and spend time together - large living room with comfortable sofa, large dining table inside and another one in the garden, eating and sitting space in the terrace. The kitchen is big with enough appliances and utensils. There is also a pantry to store cupboard food. No problem with the toilets as there are plenty in the house (and even one in the swimming pool area). The garden and the swimming pool was clean and spacious. This is the type of accommodation to enjoy. Plan plenty of time to be spent in the house! Alicante is accesible by tram, but we tood Uber and it was about 20 min ride and 25 EUR

To be improved

Nothing major - Just suggestions, such as it would be great to have more deck chairs; more kitchen cloths; towels for the toilet rooms

The house is very good, the so-called "millionaire houses". A luxurious and pleasant place!

To be improved

We recommend making small repairs to the house, I will give a few examples. The shower stall in the basement bathroom is not properly secured, the window blind mechanism is broken in the basement room, the pool porch railing is rotted, the outside blind on one of the kitchen windows does not open fully, we could not turn on our coffee - maybe it should be serviced. We couldn't turn on the TV, we only watched YouTube.
