“Decent enough for the money”

The best

For the money & all inclusive it was decent. Staff were nice & professional. Food was ok, certainly for a 3 star. Pool was ok too. It's good if you have children, football pitch & tennis courts. Good for a cheap break due to food costs if dining out.

To be improved

WiFi was non existent in our room. The air-conditioning was noisy, then stopped working. The building we were in was very noisy, every close of a door reverberated, we could hear every foot step & conversation. There was also loud entertainment on until midnight, you could hear it everywhere. If you want to drink every night & stay up its fine, but for us it wasn't. The place is decent for the money, staff nice, but I wouldn't return due to the noise.

“Exceeded expectations. Beautifully kept grounds, clean and very well maintained. A broad variety of food at mealtimes. The staff were were absolutely wonderful. Amazing with the children and couldn't do enough for us. Great pools and ideal location. Probably best for smaller children - ours are 2 and 4. Not sure there's enough to occupy older kids. · Cons: Kid's entertainment is very repetitive. Literally the exact same show for 9 nights. But the staff's enthusiasm and interactions with the children cannot be faulted!”

“Excellent family hotel friendly hardworking staff from the cleaners to the restaurant entertainment and reception staff. We arrived at 8 in the morning and despite check in being at 2 we were sent for breakfast and had our room key not long after 10 superb customer service. Really can't fault this hotel especially for young children. A safe and relaxing environment.”

Too much chlorine in large pool. Nowhere in room to get ready with a mirror table plug socket. No hair dryer in rooms. So much space in bathroom but no shelves or storage.
