“Great location but poor staff behaviour”
The best

The location was great, the pool was enjoyable, everything was very clean, and the beds were comfortable.

To be improved

The hotel manager yelled at my children for entering the lobby wet (they haven’t noticed didn’t the sign) and insulted them, calling them “not educated.” He showed no respect, refused to listen, and made them cry. They felt humiliated in front of other guests. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Good variety of food, enjoyable and served fresh and hot. Excellent table service. The best buffet service we have enjoyed for some time.

The breakfast was good for a 4 star hotel but lacked 5 star quality

To be improved

Absolutely disgusting coffee at breakfast, I would have expected quality filter coffee at least, this tasted like dark brown sludge. The location of the entertainment being outdoors filtered through into most rooms facing the pool with sea views. Again the quality of this was poor even the female singer couldn't hit a true note.
