Whilst a new bathroom has been fitted, the shower water leaked out onto bathroom floor and into hallway having no choice but to use the towels provided to mop up floor after every shower not to mention the constant smell of damp through the apartment. Only a thin bedsheet to cover beds and a small throw which did not cover the bed either. Old towels provided which again small and mis matched. Host also forgot to give us key code leaving us calling and calling upon arrival.

Had a problem in bathroom. When using the shower the water ran out of the enclosure and flooded the bathroom and hallway. Informed the host who made out she didn't no of problem but seemed strange as there was a large blade mop in bathroom. Due to problem and not wanting to damage the apartment I asked host for extra towel to put along shower to keep water in. The host supplied extra towels as there wasn't any in kitchen or toilet room and requested an additional €15 for the service. Also I was travelling with a friend who had to sleep in the other room with no sheets just a sleeping bag covered in cats hairs. There was only one out of four beds in the property made up for us and no spare sheets or anything. I told the host I would leave €15 in the apartment when leaving but she wanted it paid into her bank account. After several attempts my bank would not pay it as didn't recognise or verify her account. On returning home I got a request from booking.com for €25 for damage to drapes in apartment. We did not damaged anything and left the place cleaner than arriving. I found this very upsetting and after a threatening and very insulting txt from host I refuse to pay it.
