Rooms great size, clean and everything you need is there for a family holiday. Pizzas in the clubhouse, were fabulous. All staff really friendly and helpful. Location great.

To be improved

The major issue about this property is the lack of sun loungers round the pool and outdoor seating areas. The pool has rules that if you are not on the Lounger, within 30mins your towels would be removed. The pool staff where lovely but did not manage this rule. I came away with 3 children and my partner, with my youngest son being 7months old. Most days we had to play ping pong walking the baby round as there was no where to sit. I would say on average the loungers were 100% at capacity for towels, yet 20% with actual people sat on them. Yesterday was a great example. I managed to grab a lounger to be yelled at by another guest that the people whom where sat next to them wanted it. (These people already had 5 Loungers with towels on them and not sat on them), The sunbed sniper within this group swooped to take a Louger off me, and within 4 hours not one person came to sit on the loungers. When I mentioned it to the pool staff, as friendly as they where, literally shrugged their shoulders. It ruined the holiday really, as we could never enjoy the pool as a family. It’s pointless advertising a pool if there is not enough space for the scale of the property. I would also like to point out the rules around the pool are imposed dependant on mood. My son was allowed a rectangle shaped float but not a crocodile shaped float which was 10cm longer. Is an inflatable float not an inflatable float regardless of shape? Enormous Donut rings seem to be acceptable for other guests. The club house did great pizza but completely understaffed and ran out of food daily. The staff at the clubhouse are lovely, just run off their feet.
