What I didn’t like was the amount of steps to the apartment, having bad knees this was not easy, we were located at the very top, so the climb from the street was unbearable. We were not aware of this at the time of booking. If this was pointed out to us at the time of booking, we certainly would not have made the decision to stay here. It really put us off the place.

There are a lot of steps up to the apartment (over 80 steps) and the apartment block is on a steep hill. There was no lift. We had elderly parents with us so this was very difficult. There was no mention of the stairs/steep hill in the description. Pool and pool bar in the main building was not good. Pool on roof much better.

Swimming pool not in use at the roof. We were not allowed to use the other pool (according the key manager), even on the rental advertisement there are many pictures of that pool. The air condition did not work in Master bedroom.

The steps climbing up to it as when I booked it I did not know what floor I was staying on and at no point did booking.com advise there was no lift. The wooden rail on the balcony is not secure and it is not child friendly

patio door from living room handle was only held by a loose screw, Air-con in main double bedroom couldn’t freeze so bucket under to control the leaking all through the evening, which kept us awake , The stairs /no lift , The keys didn’t work for the gate so luckily a chap had the code on the pad outside to get in we tried to contact the key manager but no response also when using cooker fuse would blow also No response from the key manager again ..
