FRAUD. They tried to demand 20 euro cleaning fee, even if it was already included in the reservation. They also asked 30 euro deposit, which they never refunded and they do not reply. The flat is almost underground and there is bad smell from the bathroom. Some pieces of furniture were broken when we arrived. Wear and tear visible in the flat. They left dirty towels in the washing machine and no soap in the kitchen, some dirty kitchen tools.

They will ask you to pay 15 eurros upon arrival as cleaning fees which was not stated in the booking as a cleaning fee. It was difficult for us to pay especially we those who use credit card and not cash . I feel very awkward about it. The bathroom water doesnt drain when you bath and this was not hygienic for my infant so i had to clean the water anytime i bath and they still demanded cleaning fee. This was not fair to me.How can i pay after taking time to thorougly clean the apartment . I didnt use their towels and they still demanded for 15 euros. Despite all this challenges the cleaner wanted to enter the apartnent at 10:00am whilst the check out was 11: am. In all it was a beautiful apartment.

Check in instructions could have been clearer, though actual process was trouble free.
