“Different”
The best

Lovely part of Bilbao , bijou mixed with decor, History. Hotel niche and staff friendly , if not many staff as Hospitality faces issues world wide. Menu limited , Chef not great , steaks x 3 not good with no idea really , even well done entrecot was pink. However I would come again as it has a certain charm ; once you can find it by car, and park that is, Air con not brilliant but hey wars are going on . Strangely mesmerising and unique .it's a cross between The Thanes and Canary Wharf, brilliant Historical car ferry bridge cable system. Strange to say but I would come again but get a Chef who knows what they are doing.

The best

Nicely decorated room, very friendly staff, the breakfast was delicious but you can also take a coffee free of charge and grab a croissant at a clase by bakery. Stunning view at the Puente Colgante. Would recommend!

“Very nice hotel in Portugalete”
The best

Very nice hotel in Portugalete. Clean and nice room. We were lucky enough to get a room with a corner balcony and a stunning view over the water and the square. Breakfast was too pricy so we went to a nice place close to the hotel. Staff was very helpful and nice. We will definitely be back. This is a nice area and the train to the city/and the Intermodal station was only 20 minutes and a 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel.

The close proximity to the Brittany Ferry terminal.

To be improved

I’m extremely disappointed that you no longer accept dogs. You allowed my dog to stay, as I’d booked a year in advance, and it was my 4th visit to your lovely hotel. You will definitely lose business, as your hotel is perfect for the Ferry Terminal, so you should reconsider your decision?
