Apartment was very clean. Location was good, close to green line, 6 minutes walking. Master bedroom shower was great.

Checking in required meeting a staff member at a precise time. We drove from Sevilla and were delayed by 1 hour due to traffic. I did text the company to let them know. Apparently, this wasn't communicated to the staff member who met us. When we did arrive he behaved impatiently and proceeded finish his cigarette and said "I should charge you for being late". I felt rather uncomfortable and couldn't wait to get him out of the apartment. He had a very bad attitude and unprofessional. One of the bedrooms is not enclosed and is located behind a wall next to the kitchen. Sliding door in master bedroom does not lock.

Comfy couch and beds. Aircon throughout is great. Good location though very noisy area. Easy walking distance to the Metro station. Great communication with the hosts who arrived on site for a handover. Very responsive.

To be improved

No kitchen towels or kitchen sink plug. No oven mitts or oven trays. Back bedroom door does not lock and the shutters are broken. Tv remote control does not work. Broken shower door in main bathroom- missing a panel so water sprays out all over the floor. Very hard to shut the front door from outside/ it gets stuck on the floor and the outside handle is in the middle of the door so very hard to pull closed.
