“Has all the necessities!”

The best

The flat had everything we needed for the week we stayed there - the balcony was our favourite part though, it made all the difference in our stay! The location was ideal, within a short walk to the city centre, supermarket and a really friendly bike shop. We ended up renting bikes from them for the whole week, and they were great for giving advice and recommendations!

“Clean and nice, enough for 2 people if you don’t plan on spending too much time in there. Very light, big terrace. · Cons: The terrace not very clean, big but actually unnesseraily big (think it was bigger than the apartament). Washing machine outside on the terrace was the strange surprise. Apartament has a very weird shape. No furniture - no wardrobe to put away the clothes, no shelves in the bathroom for toiletries. Only a few hangers and a rod. Wish there was more space to unpack as we stayed for 7 days and had to keep everything in the suitcases for the whole week.”

“Enjoy Valencia - stay close to a city centre for a reasonable price”

The best

Location is one of the main benefits, only 5 min walk from the old town. Supermarket close by. Host was responsive and nice. In our apartment (4 people) we have 2 separate bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and a kitchen. Kitchen has basic equipment that is enough for a pleasant stay. Beds are also comfortable. Great value for money. Recommending it.

To be improved

During booking, it was not clear that big apartment does not have a terrace (this is visible only in comments and Q&A section), so this was a little surprise. One room had like a double bed, but not big enough for 2 grown male guys to share it. There is sofa in a living room, it us usable, still not a proper comfort for a 185 cm guy :). Just a better description on a booking site and all good.

“Excellent apartment for a family to explore Valencia”

Great location near the old town, tower and park. Plenty of shops within easy walk. Apartment was clean with everything we needed. Great to have 2 bathrooms

To be improved

Road outside was perhaps noisier than we're used to. Outside space was not a balcony as pictured, but not really an issue as so close to park
