Amazing location - in the heart of the city and close to the key points of interest in Madrid. The apartment was spotlessly clean and well stocked with essentials. The agency representative - Roberto, was very warm, helpful and welcoming and was very responsive to any help we needed.

Great building (easy access, beautiful wooden staircase, friendly doorman, elevator), nice, renovated and clean apartment and excellent, excellent location. All major city centre locations are accessible by foot, great restaurants and shopping points, Sol metro and railway station - right spot for getting the best of Madrid and neighbouring sites. You will find everything you need in the apartment including responsive and welcoming host, Roberto. We had an early arriving flight and were accommodated with very early check in. Strong recommendation.

Wonderful, modern 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of old town Madrid, spacious and very clean. Walking distance to restaurants and major attractions. Great view from the window onto Calle Mayor. It’s very quiet at night despite being on a busy street. Great communication with the host.

We booked this apartment the evening before our arrival at Madrid, because the other apartment that we had booked had some issues and suddenly canceled our reservation. I was worried about our check in for the next morning, but Roberto responded to my phone call upon reservation and received us in time. What a pleasant relief! The apartment is located in the premium tourist area, convenient to get to everywhere, and the space is cozy and clean, with all new appliances. Extra room to hang dry washed clothes was a plus. We were very very happy about our staying here!!
