The apartment is clean. The bed confortable and kitchen well equipped. Being able to park your car in the garage of the building is a plus.

To be improved

There was not enough ventilation in the bathroom. Maybe installing a proper ventilator would help getting rid of the unpleasant smell in the bathroom.

Location is OK - a little way out from the centre, but with plenty local tapas bars and a nearby Dia supermarket. Communication with Cadiz4Rentals was very good indeed.

To be improved

I still don't know how to access the garage, fortunately someone was leaving as we arrived. But it would need a key or a fob. To call the elevator to the garage requires a key. To send the elevator to the garage needs a different key. To leave at the end of your stay you must access the garage, use a fob to open the garage door, another fob to re-enter the building and your key to open the apartment door, where you can leave the keys and get back down to your car which has been blocking the street while all this happens. However, the main complaint (for a pretty expensive apartment) is that all of the windows look out into an internal light well, which in fairness is pretty big. The lounge/kitchen is very small. Even a 3 night stay seemed pretty oppressive. You could do much better for the money.
