“Convenient, comfortable, well-equipped”

The house was close to the metro, about an 8–10 minute walk to Nueva Numancia station. The terrace was great, with a table, chairs, sunbeds, and an umbrella. The air conditioner cooled the whole house well. There were all necessary appliances: dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and electric stove.

To be improved

The Wi-Fi at the facility had constant issues.

I well located in terms of having public transport close by, but the neighborhood is so messy. Not really pleasure to walk there at night

“Decent amenities, but extremely noisy and not comfortable for 4 people”

The apartment was clean and modern and had good amenities and some nice extras were included (like some beers, orange juice and a few others). The kitchen was very well equipped. Communication was relatively good, but could be improved.

To be improved

The hosts are extremely strict on check in time (3 pm) which is totally acceptable. However, on arrival at around 3.10 pm, the apartment was nowhere close to being ready. We finally were able to check in at just before 4 pm. The reason given was that the previous guests were messy. I personally own 10 apartments that I rent out and have 4 housekeepers so I know how long it takes to clean apartments. They has more than ample time. The hosts did refund the cleaning fee, but this really didn't help with our check in. Regarding comfort, the apartment is really not suitable for a family of 4. Yes, there are 2 bedrooms (1 is a decent size, the other is small with no place to hang clothes). But the biggest problem is that there is 1 very small bathroom with no place to put toiletries. Sharing 1 small bathroom doesn't work for 4 people. They also provided 3 extremely small toilet rolls for 4 people for 4 days. On request, they did give us 3 more toilet rolls. I would suggest bringing some of your own toilet rolls. The main problem we had was the first apartment when you enter the building is extremely noisy. You literallly hear everyone single person that enters and exits the property. There are 2 heavy duty self closing dooors and they bank on entry and exit. And of course, people who enter and exit also make a lot of noise. This goes on throughout the night which disrupted my whole families sleep. Perhaps other rooms are quieter. Regarding the location, it is quite a bit out of the centre of Madrid and certainly not within walking distance. Parking is also a major issue. Whenever I requuested assistance with regards their parking, their response was unclear and delayed. The simple question is "would I return?". The answer is unfortunately I wouldn't especially not room 1 (the first room as you enter) since it is way too loud. I would also not return if we were 4 people since the bathroom isn't equipped for 4 people.

“Fully automated and exquisite apartment. Home away from home!”

The best

The apartment was clean, very spacious and expertly furnished to make you feel at home. The apartment had lots of water, juice and beer in the fridge for you free of charge!

To be improved

The location is in a location that is not the safest. I had some street guys try to harass me in broad daylight while taking a walk.
