Not as described, the place was dirty and worn down - dirt on the walls and floor, burn marks on the table, it hadn’t been ventilated prior to us arriving so we were welcomed by a musty smell. The wooden door to the veranda is all warped making it difficult to open and a health and safety issue. It also isn’t two ‘bedrooms’, it is an extremely small studio with partitions between the beds. The host was rude and refused us a refund, although asked us to leave within 15mins if we weren’t happy with the place. So he got paid for nobody staying there, resulting in myself and my disabled mother sitting in a gas station to try find somewhere else to stay.

The best

Very helpful, excellent communication staff. Beautiful enclosed area. Close to the sea and Puerto Banus port, bars, restaurants. There is parking for cars. There is a bus stop nearby, can easily get to the city center.

To be improved

Bed linen and towels should be renewed.
