“Perext place to stay at Banus!”

The best

The property is tight on the front but also looks over the beach if you look left on the balcony. It is also quieter than others we have rented before. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen and plenty of balcony space too. Also has a lift that is useful with luggage etc

To be improved

Theres not a lot to dislike about this place.

“Excellent apartment next to the marina, great location”

The balcony was lovely, we spent hours sat out there enjoying the scenery and the music from the DJ at Lalala, who played in the outdoor area of the restaurant opposite the apartment. Although not shown in the pictures on booking.com when we booked, the kitchen (which is next to the lounge area) is very well equipped and the double shower was good and spacious. Great instructions on how to get to the apartment and how to get into the apartment, brilliant communication via WhatsApp, and Lenka, who managed the property did a great job throughout the trip, keeping in touch and helping with any questions.

To be improved

The apartment was a bit noisy at night due to nearby restaurants and clubs, so it may be worth taking ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. The second bedroom has no windows, but was a bit more soundproof as a result. There is only one bedside table in the main bedroom, so I used a small plastic chair from under the bathroom sink as a makeshift bedside table, it would have been nice to have had a small table or stool there to put things on. Some of the lights / light switches don’t work (e.g. the main ceiling lamps), but all the spotlights worked in all the rooms so it wasn’t a major issue, and none of these issues would stop me from going back, I would be happy to stay there again and would recommend this apartment to family and friends.
