Lovely location and complex. It is really good value for money if Puerto Banus is your thing.

To be improved

Only issue is that it is regarded as 'entire unit wheelchair accessible'. That is only the case if you have a manual wheelchair. We had a motirised wheelchair and it could not get in any lifts or through any internal doors. We managed because the apartment is large and has far more positives than negatives.

“Spacious, good location, but noisy and needs some repair work.”
The best

The apartment is spacious. It's walking distance to the beach, marina, shopping, restaurants. Underground parking was excellent. Kitchen is stocked. Lots of linens supplied. Furniture was comfortable. Communication was good.

To be improved

It's noisy from the highway which is right next to the apartment. The Hard Rock Cafe Casino is also close by and had bands you could hear on some evenings. The beds were very firm. It's need of some repair. The shower leaked into the hall, the bedroom balcony doors do not close nor lock (although they do have the typical pull down shutters for security). The heating system was not efficient. We didn't try AC.
