“Almost perfect stay ;)”
The best

Apartament in good, quiet and safe localization, very clean, spacious. Easy communication with the host by booking app and keys taken from the safe box. Quiet at night (sleeping rooms facing small patio). 10 minutes on foot to Bus Station, but bus stops in some directions even closer. Bakeries, bars, supermarket nearby. Recommend!

To be improved

Price for 1 guest the same as for 4 but I understand that usually that's how it works (whole place). In general, the kitchen is ok but has little space to prepare meals. Personally, would prefer a small cafetiera (there is only capsule coffee maker). Very loud next door neighbours, sometimes up to midnight. I wonder who the notice on the front door "Please close the door without slamming it" is for? There are only 4 apartments and I had the impression that everyone, except me, slammed the door.

The best

Super clean, super silent, the best apartament we had in Puerto del Rosario so far. No need for a car, it is close enough to playa, shopping mall. Highly recommend.
