The best

The apartment was well furnished and had everything you could ask for. The welcome pack was most appreciative (especially the beers in the fridge and ice in the ice box).

To be improved

Although there was plenty of hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, the shower was at best lukewarm, meaning that the thermostatic valve in the shower needs changed. The sunbeds are also well past there best (broken slats) and need replacing. The apartment location is up a steep hill from the main drag of Puerto Del Carmen so may not be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties.

The best

Very clean, and nice apt, with 1 step down to the pool.. Beds was comfortable.. Nice gesture with welcoming refreshments, and food in the fridge..We’ll definately return to Rachels&John’s apt at a later time❤️
