Puerto Estepona Marina Bay

A bad start by no one being there to greet us and let us in. THEN, 37 steps to negotiate prior to getting the lift to the apartment, a problem for us four 75 years+ old clients !!!! If we had known about the steps, we would not have booked the apartment. THEN, we find the swimming pool is not available, as advertised, and was unavailable for the entire 2 weeks. Again, had we known there was going to be no swimming pool available, we would not have booked as at our ages we tend to used the pool and garden often. I have to say that the 37 steps in and out, plus no swimming pool totally spoilt our holiday.

No pool available to use - not notified No change of double bed base sheet and duvet cover - no response to query A lot of emphasis on security re entry door and gate but main garage door open for the 2 weeks we were there allowing access straight into the building Two pools had been closed for sometime before we arrived - if notified we would have booked an alternative apartment Still being advertised with a pool! Shame as a lovely apartment, good location, close to a beach and short walk to restaurants. Estepona overall very nice PLEASE ADVISE ON COMPENSATION FOR 2 WEEKS WITH NO POOL that could have been avoided if we had been NOTIFIED Regards Ray McLean

Nothing bad to say

The two swimming pools on the premises were closed when we were there and no one could tell us why. They looked amazing, clean, full and sparkling. We weren't told that they would be out of bounds when we booked, so I was hugely disappointed when we arrived because a swimming pool was on my list of must-haves when searching for accommodation. The beach was far too windy most days, so chilling by the pool was my plan B, however, this was not possible and it was mid-June temperatures of over 30 degrees C. That's the only negative.
